Getting out of a timeshare purchased yesterday. LIed to, HELP!? - virginia family resorts

My family and I were in Virginia Beach, VA yesterday and were invited to a seminar, at the time of the Ocean Front, Gold Key Resorts share. Anyway, we arrive at work at a cheaper price and never said anything about a loan. Wrap the process until we finish a stack of papers at a rapid pace, the representative told us basically what we think we ought to know us through every kind, but one way is a loan application, and I was asked directly whether they carry a loan of us, he firmly assured me that they were and for presentation purposes only, naive, naturally suggested, but I know that I trust. I go home and read that there is a high interest rate so that Must Have Been A semi LOAN DONE. Every purchase of timeshare is a real estate transaction in every state. According to the laws of individual states, you have the right to terminate three BUSINESS DAY - in other words, you have the right to rescind the contract and owe nothing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you bought it (for example) on Friday, until August 31, 2007, at the end of the week and Labor Day, and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to withdraw from his contract without penalty to you. I have for years .. is a scam to me .. try to believe that his extensive collection of savings, but people are not .. be misled .. ReplyDeleteHave at least one kiss on the exit == I hope they want a dollar for every time you have people saying to keep the invention of printing == but blind plug on and get into trouble = = read ***** so call and complain and do what is necessary and I hope to be successful - but be prepared to fight a serious commitment to you hands!

ReplyDeletedamn. These guys are shady. Contact with the company part time, to see if you can get rid of quickly as possible. If it does not work, I would contact the BBB or consumers in your area.
